COS Cetniewo — the Olympic Preparation Centre in Władysławowo

The Olympic Preparation Centre at Cetniewo is one of the most important places in Polish sport and the reason Władysławowo is sometimes called its unofficial capital. Since the 1950s generation after generation of Olympians has prepared here — boxers, athletes, wrestlers and many more. The modern facilities include sports halls, pools, running tracks and a recovery centre, surrounded by green space ideal for training outdoors. Although it is primarily a centre for professionals, its sporting legend and atmosphere draw visitors too, and the paths around it and the closeness of the beach suit an active holiday.
