Terms of service

Last updated: 2026. This is an English translation provided for convenience; the Polish version is the binding one.

1. General provisions

udany-urlop.pl (Udany Urlop) is an informational travel guide to the regions of Poland and a directory of places to stay. The site is operated by AllesKlar Service (registration details to be completed). Contact: biuro@udany-urlop.pl.

2. Scope of the service

The site provides guide content and lets property owners submit a property for publication. The site does not act as a booking intermediary and takes no commission — the guest contacts the property directly (by phone, e-mail or its website). An optional online booking system is in preparation; its rules and any fees will be set out in separate terms before it goes live.

3. Adding a property

A property is submitted through the „List your property" form. By submitting it you declare that you are authorised to represent the property and that the details given are true. The operator reserves the right to verify and edit the description and to refuse or suspend publication.

4. How the directory is built and the legal basis for listings

The site is an informational guide and a neutral directory of facts about places to stay. In the early stage of the service the operator itself adds a limited number of selected properties — free of charge, in order to build a useful base and develop the site. The data in such listings comes from publicly available sources (among others the properties' own websites and public directories) and is informational in nature.

The legal basis for processing data in those listings is the operator's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in running an informational travel directory. No fee is charged for listings added by the operator itself. Presence in the directory does not depend on payment, and a paid package (point 5) only adds content and does not change the property's position on the list.

Listings added free of charge by the operator while the site was being built (under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) remain free, standard listings permanently — the operator will not charge for them in the future either. The owner of such a property may at any time voluntarily buy the Premium version (a photo gallery and a highlighted presentation) — see the pricing — but that is not a condition of staying in the directory.

The owner of a property may at any time and free of charge claim and correct their data, object to the processing (Art. 21 GDPR) or request the removal of the listing (Art. 17 GDPR) by writing to biuro@udany-urlop.pl. The operator also fulfils the information duty under Art. 14 GDPR. Details in the privacy policy.

5. Packages and payments (self-submitted listings)

An owner who submits a property themselves through the „List your property" form enters into a publication agreement with the operator — the basis for processing is then consent and contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). The options are: a standard listing (a one-off 65 zł, kept for good — a place to stay or a business, no commission) and Premium (a listing with a photo gallery and a highlighted presentation): 299 zł forever or 119 zł per year; plus being featured on the list (150 zł / year), social media (quoted individually) and a website of your own (special price) — see the pricing. The standard listing and the „forever" Premium are one-off payments; the annual Premium and the featured add-on are billed yearly; the scope is confirmed before publication.

6. Liability

The content is informational. The operator takes care to keep the data current (it is gathered among others from publicly available sources) but does not guarantee that it is complete — before booking, confirm the details directly with the property. The operator is not responsible for the content of external sites it links to.

7. Personal data and cookies

How data and cookies are processed is described in the privacy and cookie policy.

8. Complaints and contact

Please send comments, corrections to property data and complaints to biuro@udany-urlop.pl. The operator handles them within a reasonable time, usually up to 14 days.

9. Final provisions

The operator may amend these terms for valid reasons (changes in the law, technical changes, the scope of the service). The current version is published on this page.
