Privacy and cookie policy

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data collected on udany-urlop.pl is AllesKlar Service (registration details and address to be completed). For data matters write to biuro@udany-urlop.pl.

2. Property data in the directory (information duty — Art. 14 GDPR)

Some listings in the directory are built from publicly available sources — above all the properties' own public websites (name, address, phone, contact e-mail, general description). This also covers sole traders, whose details can be personal data within the meaning of the GDPR. Pursuant to Art. 14 GDPR we inform you that:

• Source of the data: the properties' public websites and other publicly available sources.
• Purpose: running a free, informational travel directory and guide that helps guests contact the property directly.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (tourist information and presentation of a region's accommodation offer).
• Scope: business contact details and a factual description only; we publish neither photographs of properties without consent nor any special-category data.

Are you the owner of a property? You may at any time and free of charge correct your details or object and request the removal of the listing (Art. 21 and 17 GDPR) — simply e-mail biuro@udany-urlop.pl with the property name in the subject. We correct or delete the listing without delay.

3. Data from the „List your property" form

When you voluntarily submit the „List your property" form, we process your name, e-mail, phone number and information about the property. Purpose: replying to you and publishing the listing. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps taken at your request / legitimate interest in handling the submission). Submissions go to biuro@udany-urlop.pl and, if configured, to a database on the hosting server. We do not sell the data and do not pass it on beyond the purposes stated here.

4. The forum and user accounts

If you create a forum account we process your login, e-mail and the content you publish (basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). User content can be reported for moderation; we act in line with the Digital Services Act (DSA). We delete the account and the data on request.

5. Cookies and third-party services

The site uses no marketing or tracking cookies and runs no profiling analytics. Only technical, strictly necessary files are used. Fonts are hosted locally on our own server (no data is transferred to Google Fonts). The site uses the following third-party service:

• Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) — maps and map tiles; when a map is shown, your browser connects to Google servers, which may set their own cookies.

That provider may process technical data (such as your IP address) to the extent needed to deliver the map. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). To exercise your rights write to biuro@udany-urlop.pl.
