A sight in the Ustroń region

Równica (884 m) — a wooded viewpoint peak above Ustroń

Równica is a peak of 884.6 m a.s.l. rising east of the centre of Ustroń. Its summit and slopes are covered by forest, mostly mixed and beech, and below the top spreads a broad meadow with visitor facilities. A winding road leads up from Ustroń, which makes Równica easy to reach for less experienced walkers too. On the meadow there is a mountain hut with a restaurant, and the open slopes are a popular paragliding launch site. Trails radiate from Równica towards Ustroń, Brenna and Wisła and further along the ridge over Trzy Kopce.
