The fishing port at Darłówko is a working sea port at the point where the river Wieprza meets the Baltic. Fishing cutters leave and return every day, and the whole area is known for its freshly caught fish — you can buy it straight from the catch or try it at one of the many fish bars on the quay. In season the port also runs sightseeing and angling trips out to sea, popular with visitors. A walk along the quay, past the moored cutters and the drawbridge, is one of the most atmospheric things to do in Darłówko. This is where a holiday resort meets a real, working harbour.
