A cave rich in formations
The Bear Cave formed in the marbles of the Śnieżnik Massif and is reckoned one of the loveliest caves open to visitors in Poland. Inside, the rich formations — stalactites, stalagmites, columns and flowstone — are remarkable, as are the palaeontological finds, including the bones of cave bears from which it takes its name.
