Kadzielnia and geology
Kadzielnia is a geological reserve in the middle of Kielce — a former limestone quarry with its distinctive Geologists' Rock above a turquoise pool. An underground tourist route runs inside it, and a large concert amphitheatre stands alongside.

Practical notes
Kielce lies on the S7 and is the best base for the whole region. Kadzielnia is open to all; the underground route and the Geocentre are ticketed. It is worth setting aside a whole day for the city.
