Woliński National Park near Międzyzdroje

Woliński National Park covers the northern part of the island of Wolin and wraps around Międzyzdroje to the south and east. It is the only park in Poland that protects coastal cliffs, along with beech forests, glacial lakes and a refuge for the white-tailed eagle. A network of waymarked trails leads from Międzyzdroje up to the cliffs and the viewpoints above the sea. The park was created in 1960 and the white-tailed eagle is its emblem.
