A sight in the Międzyzdroje region

The pier in Międzyzdroje

The pier at Międzyzdroje measures 395 metres and is the longest concrete pier in Poland. It runs straight out from the Promenade of Stars, deep into the Baltic, offering a wide panorama of the sea, the beach and the resort. On a clear day you can make out the shore of the island of Usedom from its far end. A walk along the pier at sunset is one of the things you have to do while you are in town.
