A sight in the Sopot region

Sopot Hippodrome — a historic equestrian ground

One of the oldest and most respected equestrian venues in Poland — a historic hippodrome where international CSIO show jumping competitions are held every year.

A venue with a tradition

The hippodrome at Sopot is one of the oldest equestrian venues in Poland, with roots in the town's spa tradition. It lies a little away from the tourist bustle of the beach and the Monciak, in a green part of the town.

International CSIO competitions

The high point of the year is the international CSIO show jumping competition — one of the most important equestrian events in Poland, drawing riders and spectators from Poland and abroad. The dates and programme change each year — check before you travel.

Visiting

  • During the competitions — the stands and the atmosphere of a major event
  • Outside the competitions — a quiet corner in a green part of the town
  • A riding school and equestrian activities (seasonal)
  • Dates — check the events calendar before your visit
